Can I pump using my Apple Watch and leave my phone at home?

No. Willow 3.0 for Apple Watch is a companion app, meaning that it uses data from the Willow 3.0 app on your mobile phone. Therefore, your phone will need to remain within ~30 feet of your watch during your session.

Which operating systems is Willow 3.0 for Apple Watch compatible with?

The Willow 3.0 app is available on watchOS 8 or later, and Apple Watch Series 3 and above.
