I’m just had my second baby but first time using the Willow 360 pump and I’m beyond happy with it. I have the bag setup and the reusable container setup and haven’t had any issues that weren’t my own fault. I love that the app tracks how many ounces and the amount of time I pump each session. And the suction is more than sufficient. My baby is 3 weeks old and I’m producing almost 19 oz a session and it empties me every time.

My ONLY complaint is how often I spill my milk, but that’s totally my fault so I didn’t knock off any stars. DO NOT FORGET TO FLIP IT TO 2!! Most sessions, I’ve had to empty 4 times and atleast 1 empty each time, I forget and spill everywhere 🤦🏼‍♀️when I remember, everything works perfectly every time.

I was nervous because of the reviews so purchased a backup pump just in case I had issues but now I’m learning that was a waste of $250 and should’ve spent that on additional parts for my Willow so I have to wash dishes less often.

After going back to work I felt like I was prepared for using my Willow during my lunch break and driving back home. At two separate times both pumps became defective at the same source. One paddle of the pump stopped working even after multiple tries to reset. Customer service replaced both. In the meantime I had to drag my big pump back and forth until both were replaced at two different times. I’m hoping I just got a bad batch and the replacements will have no issues. The right pump stopped working within two weeks of use. Then after waiting for it to be replaced and then using it again the left one stopped. So I’m hoping no more issues because when the pumps work it’s a perfect portable pump. There are lots of steps to remember to use it but once you have the rhythm you know what to do. The reusable containers are so cost effective but needs a better pour spout. The bags are helpful for travel. Overall I like the Willow 3. I think I just got a lemon set the first go around.

This is the worst product on the planet. Lost my milk supply, tried to fix the machine, tried to contact customer service, tried to return. No one helps. Save your $ & your baby & go somewhere else. This is useless.
