How Do I Measure My Nipple Size?
Here's the scoop: your nipples can be a bit unpredictable in size, so it's a good idea to measure both before you dive into the pumping journey and occasionally along the way. Your fit and size can change over time, meaning your perfect fit at the beginning of your pumping journey might not be the same later.
To find your flange fit, you’ll want to pick a quiet moment an hour before or after a pumping or breastfeeding session. Our handy Nipple Size Guide was designed to help you find your perfect fit either with our print-at-home sizing guide or using a measurement app.
With our printed guide, slide them over your nipples, and you’ll know you have the right fit when you find the one that smoothly reaches the base without a touch. Keep in mind your nipples can be different sizes, so be sure to measure both.
