Willow pumps are unique because everything works inside the pump, inside your bra—no external tubes, cords, or dangling bottles. Plus, you don’t have to sacrifice performance. Willow 3.0® and Willow Go™ offer hospital strength suction comparable to most double-electric and hospital-grade pumps - choose from seven levels of adjustable suction with Willow 3.0, or nine levels with Willow Go. They’re also easy to assemble, clean, and app connected.
Willow 3.0 offers complete, leak-free mobility when pumping with our Spill-Proof Milk Bags. With its gravity-defying continuous latch suction technology, you can pump in any position, from bending over to lying down. Willow Go doesn’t offer as full of a range of motion, but offers the same completely in-bra design and lets you pump totally hands-free and untethered. Willow Go’s “tug and release” suction technology is comparable to traditional pumps and other wearable pump brands.
Willow 3.0 offers more milk storage options. It’s compatible with Spill-Proof Milk Bags and reusable Containers, while Willow Go offers Containers only.
Both pumps are app connected, but Willow 3.0 offers smart pumping that tracks volume in real time and automatically records your session. Check out our comparison page for more, or take our pump quiz to decide which pump is right for you.
Willow 3.0 is the only wearable pump that offers total mobility—360 degrees of motion enabled by our patented, continuous latch and Spill-Proof Milk Bags. Other wearable pumps imitate Willow 3.0’s in-bra design, but leak if you move too much.
It’s also the only wearable pump that offers two ways to pump and store your milk - choose from self-sealing Milk Bags or Containers.
Willow 3.0 is the only pump that offers the option to pump into Spill-Proof Milk Bags or Reusable Containers. Milk Bags enable total 360 degree mobility, while Containers offer 180 degree mobility, superior to other wearable pumps. Milk Bags are not compatible with Willow Go.
Willow® 3.0 and Willow Go™ works best with a bra that provides a supportive, snug fit to hold it in place. We recommend wearing a full-coverage nursing bra that’s stretchy and has a flap. Avoid bras with underwire or padding.
Willow® 3.0’s Spill-Proof Milk Bags and Reusable Containers hold up to 4 oz of milk (8 oz total). Willow 3.0 automatically shuts off when your Milk Bag or Container is full. If you pump more than 4 oz in a single session, you can easily switch out the bag or empty the container and continue pumping.
Willow Go™ holds up to 5 oz of milk (10 oz total). If you pump more than 5 oz per side, purchase our 7 oz containers to pump up to 14 oz per session (sold separately).

The Willow Go™ App is available for devices that run the following operating systems:

Keep in mind, due to the significant number of different Android device models, Willow® cannot guarantee optimal performance of our pumps across all devices.
Finding the right size is key to maximize comfort and output. Willow offers flanges in three sizes: 21mm, 24mm, and 27mm. If you measure smaller than 21mm, we offer sizing inserts in three sizes (15mm, 17mm, and 19mm) that snap into our 24mm flanges and containers.
We strongly recommend measuring yourself to determine your Willow size, as our sizing may be different than other pumps you’ve used. Use our sizing guide or check out our exhaustive guide on how to measure your flange size, which includes pro tips from Willow’s lactation consultants.
Nipple size can change throughout your breastfeeding journey, often getting smaller over time. If you sized at the hospital and are considering a Willow purchase several months into breastfeeding, it’s time to re-size.
We recommend re-sizing every three months, or anytime you order a fresh flange or insert. We also suggest re-sizing whenever you experience an unexpected change in volume or comfort, as that may indicate an incorrect flange size.

Yes, Flextubes™, Milk Bags, Chargers, and Sizing Inserts are compatible with all Willow Generations (except Willow Go). When alignment is off, performance suffers. As a new user, we suggest practicing your alignment in a mirror several times before your first session.
Simply center the flange or container (without the pump attached) over your nipple, so there’s no skin touching the top, bottom, or sides of the flange or container tunnel. When you place the flange inside the pump for your first session, you’ll have a better idea of alignment, which will improve as you gain experience. Most moms master alignment after a few sessions.
Please use the grid below to find the right size for you. The Perfect Pumping Bra is offered in 8 sizes: XS - 3XL and Petite Plus. Please note that this bra runs small; we recommend sizing up if you’re between sizes.
The standard cup size refers to the typical cup measurement you wear, and the standard band size refers to the typical band size you wear. For example, if you typically wear a 34D bra, you would wear a size M in the Perfect Pumping Bra. If you typically wear a 38G bra, you would wear a 2XL in the Perfect Pumping Bra.
Yes! Willow Pumps are covered under a 12 month warranty from the purchase date, and pump accessories — all replaceable pump parts including but not limited to flanges, FlexTubes™, containers, milk bags, diaphragms, duckbills, chargers and sizing inserts — are covered under a 90 day warranty. Other physical products, including but not limited to bras, are covered under a 60 day warranty. Sizing Inserts should be replaced upon signs of wear and tear. Since breast pumps are single-user devices, use by more than one person, including purchasing second hand, will invalidate the warranty. Please keep your original proof of purchase from onewillow.com or an authorized retailer as it is required to exercise your warranty.
Willow 3.0 cannot be used with any charger that is not provided with the pump or purchased as an accessory from Willow. Usage of third-party charging accessories is unsafe, may cause serious damage to your pump, and will invalidate the warranty.
