Hand expression is a technique where you use your hands (instead of your baby or a breast pump) to get the milk out of your breasts. It comes in "handy" in a pinch.
A freezer stash is extra breast milk collected by pumping that lives in your freezer. Beware: do not get intimdiated by someone else's freezer stash.
