I really don't know why this didn't get good reviews because I LOVE it! It goes everywhere with me now. The only thing I was disappointed about was that it didn't come with the ice packs it shows in the photos. I bought a 3 pack of them on Amazon for $10 though so I wasn't too mad. What I like about this bag is the fact that it was specifically designed to hold all my Willow pump parts, bags, spray, pads, etc. I love the cooler that is attachable and detachable on the bottom. The whole setup is perfect. I would recommend using the hard case though because I think it would protect the hubs a lot better than just putting them in the bag. Unless you have the warranty and don't mind the risk. I have fully used all part of this bag and the construction and quality are top notch. It's expensive but I have buyer's remorse on this product. It is almost a necessity if you plan to pump outside of the home.
