For cold relief:
• Freeze for at least 4 hours. The pack will turn white when frozen.
• Place into covers before use.
• Apply for 20 minutes maximum per session.
• Test pack before making skin contact.
• Avoid using packs if you have sensitive skin, insensitive (numb) skin, or open wounds.
For hot relief:
• Heat the pack in boiling water or microwave. The pack will turn purple when warm.
• Place pack on breast.
• Apply for 20 minutes max per session.
