Cleaning your case is super easy! Simply wipe the dirty area with a wet cloth and air dry.

Remove and replace the Reusable Breast Pads whenever saturated. You may need more than one pad per day depending on how much your breasts leak.

The Willow Portable Breast Milk Cooler holds up to 16 ounces of breastmilk. (That's 3-4 pumping sessions' worth of milk on average.)

You can put the stainless steel Cooler vessel and the Lid with Handle into the dishwasher. We recommend hand-washing the Ice Pack.

Sometimes these plant-based cleaning agents don’t like rapid temperature differences and turn a cloudy or off-color en route to retail stores or your house. This is a cosmetic issue only: they are still safe and effective. It usually clears when the bottle warms back up, but if yours doesn’t, simply soak your bottle or refill pack in warm water for 15 minutes and it should look as good as new.
