    Be careful it has Fenugreek

    I was so excited to try this tea because I love Oat Mamas products. I’m always careful to check the labels and nothing I’ve gotten from them with their pills or other tea have fenugreek. Went to make tea tonight and luckily I checked the label. I’ve have my supply tank to nearly nothing when I consumed fenugreek with my first child. I didn’t realize it can lower supply for women with PCOS. Super sad because this tea smells amazing and I am sure is great. I hope they will release this tea or other teas without fenugreek in the future. Some moms don’t know the effects until it’s too late.
