Willow 360™’s Spill-Proof Milk Bags and Reusable Containers hold up to 4 oz of milk (8 oz total). Willow 360™ automatically shuts off when your Milk Bag or Container is full. If you pump more than 4 oz in a single session, you can easily switch out the bag or empty the container and continue pumping.

Willow Go™ holds up to 5 oz of milk (10 oz total). If you pump more than 5 oz per side, purchase our 7 oz containers to pump up to 14 oz per session (sold separately).

Yes, Flextubes™, Milk Bags, Chargers, and Sizing Inserts are compatible with all Willow Generations (except Willow Go). Containers are compatible with Generations 2 and 3, and we no longer offer Generation 1 Flanges. Willow Go accessories and replacement parts are available for purchase on our site. When alignment is off, performance suffers. As a new user, we suggest practicing your alignment in a mirror several times before your first session.

Simply center the flange or container (without the pump attached) over your nipple, so there’s no skin touching the top, bottom, or sides of the flange or container tunnel. When you place the flange inside the pump for your first session, you’ll have a better idea of alignment, which will improve as you gain experience. Most moms master alignment after a few sessions.

Yes! Willow Pumps are covered under a 12 month warranty from the purchase date, and pump accessories — all replaceable pump parts including but not limited to flanges, FlexTubes™, containers, milk bags, diaphragms, duckbills, chargers and sizing inserts — are covered under a 90 day warranty. Other physical products, including but not limited to bras, are covered under a 60 day warranty. Sizing Inserts should be replaced upon signs of wear and tear. Since breast pumps are single-user devices, use by more than one person, including purchasing second hand, will invalidate the warranty. Please keep your original proof of purchase from onewillow.com or an authorized retailer as it is required to exercise your warranty.

Willow 360 cannot be used with any charger that is not provided with the pump or purchased as an accessory from Willow. Usage of third-party charging accessories is unsafe, may cause serious damage to your pump, and will invalidate the warranty.

Only products purchased from onewillow.com may be returned directly to us. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in original condition. Wearable items must be unworn and have tags attached. The Willow Perfect Fit Bundle is non-refundable. Willow will only refund the purchase price of the product and any sales tax paid, and the refund will be made to the original form of payment. You are responsible for all shipping charges.

Your return request for pumps and pump accessories must be submitted within 60 days of the purchase date. For other items, your return request must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date. To submit a request, click here to speak to a Customer Care agent to start the process.

If you need to exchange your product for a different size, items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in its original condition. Wearable items must be unworn and have tags attached.
