The duckbill popping off is typically related to parts being slippery or not fully dry. Our milk leaves behind a fatty residue that we cannot often see, which can have an impact on pump parts. To avoid this, we recommend to add white vinegar to your wash basin with warm soapy water and allow parts to soak for a few minutes, followed by a scrub and rinse. Be sure to focus on the center of the container back where the duckbill attaches, and inside the ridges of the duckbill itself. Allow parts to fully air dry before assembling.
