Find your flange fit. Pump with confidence.
When it comes to wearables, sizing is different — you'll need a fit that's more snug. Most moms find that adding 1-3mm to their nipple size (or 0-2mm if you're pumping with Willow 360) results in optimal output and comfort.

The right size is key for maximizing comfort and output. Willow offers flanges and containers in size 21mm, 24mm, and 27mm. If you measure smaller than 21mm, we offer Sizing Inserts in sizes 15mm, 17mm, 19mm that snap into our 24mm Flanges and Containers. We strongly recommend measuring yourself to determine your Willow size as it might be different from other pumps you’ve used. Unsure of your size? Nice reusable option for your willow pump. They don’t dry very well after washing and sterilizing due to their shape. Also easy to spill milk at the end of a pump if you aren’t super careful and follow the relatively elaborate instructions to a T, but that seems to be an issue across all the willow products.

I love the pumping containers. These are a game changer for me mainly because the bags take on way more air than I like. These are an A+ for me!

This is a great product, I’m happy to have the option for a reusable container verses a disposable bag for each pumping session. I use this while pumping at home and plan to use the disposable bags for the convenience while pumping at work. Although, one of the containers has a leaky air vent lock. When I “flip to finish” and the pump pulls the last bit of milk through the system, it leaks through the air vent that is suppose to be closed on “2”. Not sure how common of a problem this is for this product, this could be a fluke. If it weren’t for the leak, I’d give this product 5 stars and recommend it for anyone with the willow pump. It’s easy to assemble/disassemble and clean which is a huge bonus!

Leaking during flip to finish can happen for a few reasons, but the first thing we want to check is how far are you turning the dial from the "1" to the "2" position. The reasoning for this, is that there is a small air vent hole under the dial. When the dial is set in the "1 " position for pumping, the air vent hole is uncovered, which allows air to release and not build pressure while you are pumping. When we turn the dial to the "2" position, it covers that hole, creating a seal to prevent milk from spilling while performing flip to finish. If the dial is pushed beyond the stopping point, milk can leak from this area. Below is a helpful article with tips from our Help Center:
