Change the Way You Pump with the Willow App

Control your pumps, view your session history, and access expert-backed content and services with a tap.

First, we built pumps to free moms from the wall. Now, the Willow app is smarter and more supportive than ever — designed to give you even more freedom.

Compatible with the Willow 360™, Willow® 3.0, and Willow Go™, the app is an essential pumping companion — making it possible to conveniently manage your session without reaching into your shirt, and providing you with expert-backed answers to all your questions. (Because we know the list is… long.)

Read on for everything you need to know about the app and what makes it different from the others.

The Smartest App Control

You can use the Willow app to manage your pumps without reaching into your bra for next-level convenience and discretion. When you’re not pumping, glance down to see when you last pumped and stay on schedule!

  • Start and stop your pumping session

  • Adjust hospital-grade suction levels

  • Switch between stimulation and expression modes if you’re pumping with Willow Go (Willow 360 is built with smart sensors that detect your letdown to switch automatically)

  • Keep track of how long you’ve been pumping

  • See real-time milk volume (if you’re pumping with Willow 360) or input your milk volume (if you’re pumping with Willow Go®)

Even better, if you’re a Willow 360 or Willow 3.0 pumper, you can do all of this from your wrist with Apple Watch control — keeping both hands free.

Helpful Pumping Insights

View your daily history — milk output per side, total ounces pumped, session length, and more — for a full picture of your pumping history.

It’s a great way to identify trends and pump more confidently, especially when you’re working on establishing your supply or building a freezer stash before heading back to work.

Access to Expert-Backed Guidance and Services

We know that feeding takes a village. So we’ve created a comprehensive library of articles and videos on all things pumping and postpartum care, from establishing supply and optimizing latch to creating a pumping schedule. Each has been deeply researched and created in collaboration with experts to provide you with answers to all of your questions — no endless scrolling necessary.

You can also use the app to book virtual appointments with lactation consultants (covered by most health plans!), pelvic floor physical therapists, and mental health counselors; sign up for postpartum meal delivery and wardrobe services; and more. We’ve partnered with the best of the best — like SimpliFed, Chiyo, Armoire, and Canopie — to ensure that you’re connecting with people who can meet you where you are and get you where you want to go.

What makes Willow different?

We’re not the only pump with app compatibility — but we’re the only app that combines next-level app control with access to content and experts to support you every step of the way.
