What makes Willow® pumps different from traditional breast pumps?
Willow pumps are unique because everything works inside the pump, inside your bra—no external tubes, cords, or dangling bottles. Plus, you don’t have to sacrifice performance. Willow 360™ and Willow Go™ offer hospital strength suction comparable to most double-electric and hospital-grade pumps - choose from seven levels of adjustable suction with Willow 360™, or nine levels with Willow Go. What sizes do you offer?
Finding the right size is key to maximize comfort and output. Willow offers flanges in three sizes: 21mm, 24mm, and 27mm. If you measure equal or smaller than 21mm, we offer sizing inserts in five sizes (13mm, 15mm, 17mm, 19mm and 21mm) that snap into our 24mm flanges and containers.

Is Willow covered by insurance?
Many moms obtain full or partial reimbursement for a Willow Pump and accessories through insurance. Each company has its own policy and every plan is different. We now offer an Insurance Verification Program to easily check your coverage and if eligible, buy your pump and accessories at a discounted price. How do I align Willow with my nipples?
When alignment is off, performance suffers. As a new user, we suggest practicing your alignment in a mirror several times before your first session.
Simply center the flange or container (without the pump attached) over your nipple, so there’s no skin touching the top, bottom, or sides of the flange or container tunnel. When you place the flange inside the pump for your first session, you’ll have a better idea of alignment, which will improve as you gain experience. Most moms master alignment after a few sessions.

Does Willow have a warranty?
Yes! Willow Pumps are covered under a 12 month warranty from the purchase date, and pump accessories — all replaceable pump parts including but not limited to flanges, FlexTubes™, containers, milk bags, diaphragms, duckbills, chargers and sizing inserts — are covered under a 90 day warranty. Other physical products, including but not limited to bras, are covered under a 60 day warranty. Sizing Inserts should be replaced upon signs of wear and tear. Since breast pumps are single-user devices, use by more than one person, including purchasing second hand, will invalidate the warranty. Please keep your original proof of purchase from onewillow.com or an authorized retailer as it is required to exercise your warranty.
Willow 360 cannot be used with any charger that is not provided with the pump or purchased as an accessory from Willow. Usage of third-party charging accessories is unsafe, may cause serious damage to your pump, and will invalidate the warranty.
