We found that the original ice packs after several months of daily uses started to crack and wear out. It was nice to be able to order just the inserts instead of full replacement.

I got it for just 3 weeks and surprised that it broke at the bottom. Called Willow support and the customer service was amazing! The replacement came within a week! It keeps it super cold and I love that it doesn’t have a lot of parts to clean. I have both this and the Ceres Chill but this one is so easy to clean but if you work long shifts, Ceres Chill is the way to go. Still I love this one as well and I’m always at peace knowing that my milk is always at a safe temperature.

This device is great for those on the go and want to preserve their milk safely. My personal experience tho was tainted as after about a week or so of use the ice pack itself cracked after being in the freezer overnight. Willow however sent me a replacement immediately and I have not had any issues since.

I was really excited when the cooler replacements came out. It’s nice to be able to swap them out and keep milk cool longer.
