Here’s What You Need to Know About Your Willow Breast Pump Warranty

We've got you covered

Buying a Willow Pump is an investment - one we know you want to protect!

We know warranties can be confusing - so we broke ours down for you. Read on to see what your Willow Pump Warranty will cover and the best ways to protect your pump from any damage.

Willow Pump Warranty

Your Willow Pump comes with a 12 month warranty, effective the day you purchase your pump. This warranty protects your purchase in the event that your pump arrives or becomes defective.

In the event that your pump is defective, you will need to ship your pump back to Willow to be assessed. Along with your pump, you will want to be sure to include proof of purchase and a brief explanation of the problem you are having with your pump.

You will also need to include the Returned Goods Authorization number, which you can get from our Customer Care Team.

Once we have received this information, as well as your pump, we will assess the pump to see if the issue is, in fact, a warranty issue. If it is a warranty issue, we will then decide if the issue can be repaired or if the pump needs to be replaced.

Willow Pump Accessory Warranty

Your Willow Pump Accessories come with a 90 day warranty covering manufacturer defects.

This warranty applies to:

  • Flanges
  • FlexTubes™
  • Containers
  • Milk Bags
  • Diaphragms
  • Duckbills
  • Chargers
  • Inserts

Other Willow accessories, like our nursing bras, are covered under a 60 day warranty.

Taking Care of Your Willow Pump and Accessories

Our warranty does not cover instances of misuse, breakage, lost items, or normal wear and tear. We want to make sure that you have the tools you need to succeed!

Here are some of our top recommendations for keeping your Willow Pump and Accessories in top shape:

  • Do not share your pump with someone else! This will invalidate your warranty.

  • Only use the charger that comes with your pump. Using other chargers is unsafe and can cause serious damage to your pump. This will also invalidate your warranty.

  • Do not allow your pump to be submerged in water, placed in a refrigerator, or washed/sanitized.

  • Do not microwave your flanges, even to sterilize.
